After graduating from Strathclyde University with a first-class LLB, Ramsay originally joined Jones Whyte in 2021 before returning to university to complete his Diploma in Legal Practice. He is fluent in Spanish (C1 level), having studied Law at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and sat exams in Spanish-English translation and interpretation, receiving distinction. Ramsay spent several years working within Jones Whyte’s busy Trust Management team before moving to our Litigation department. Ramsay has also been involved in the growth of Jones Whyte’s solicitor-to-solicitor referral scheme, JW Legal Link, and plays an important role in coordinating with our partner firms to promote the development of mutually beneficial relationships.

Hi first of all I would like to thank Jones &whyte for taking on my case they were great to deal with especially the solicitor Ramsay Kershaw who looked after me from start to finish he was very pleasant and professional gem of a guy to speak with on the phone so would definitely recommend Jone& whyte to anyone plus the offer the end up getting me was far more than I was ever expecting so thanks again!!!

Car insurance claim
Ramsay Kershaw was the man I charge of my claim and I couldn’t of asked for a more helpful and determined person for the job, he walked me through every stage of the process and cleared everything with me as it moved further along, overall a great experience from him and would recommend him to anyone looking for such claims, thanks again Ramsay

Car accident claim
Jones Whyte Law helped me claim my repair costs , excess payment and loss of earnings after a car accident.

Road traffic accident compensation
I wouldn’t hesitate to use the services of the whole team that helped me in numerous ways, kept me up to date and were extremely considerate with my case and the circumstances around the accident. They made the whole experience a lot easier to deal with and supplied me with excellent physio and CBT therapy. I have no hesitation in saying that I would contact them if I had any other problems.
