Bethany Sharpe

Solicitor

Bethany completed her LLB in Scots Law at University of Strathclyde and graduated in 2022 with First Class Honours. She then went on to complete her Diploma, also at University of Strathclyde, and during this time, worked as a legal assistant at a family and criminal law firm in Glasgow. After graduating from University of Strathclyde, Bethany began her traineeship with an immigration firm in Glasgow in May 2023. She joined Jones Whyte in January 2025 and works within the Immigration department as a solicitor. Bethany works with a variety of clients across different backgrounds and nationalities, and has experience in working on various asylum claims and immigration applications. She is passionate about working in human rights and enjoys the rewarding experience of supporting clients throughout very vulnerable times.
