Raj worked diligently on the completion of our purchase from the land owner using a historic option agreement that was not without its complications and then further acted for us on the transfer of the land to an SPV and then its onward sale. Raj is approachable and always a pleasure to deal with giving sage advice. When nedeed Raj responds out of traditional working hours and her calm demeanor helps me as Client relax in the knowledge that my transaction is in safe hands. I would have no hesitation in using Raj and the Higgs team again.
