Excellent conveyancing service
Paula undertook my sale and purchase. The sale was complicated but she was calm and efficient throughout. I have nothing negative to say about the way she dealt with my conveyancing

Garden Flat Sale officially completed 👍
Selling my mother’s home as she moved permanently into a care home was, I believed, going to be a speedy affair as first time buyers were purchasing. However, it did not turn out that way and took many months to complete mainly due, I believe, to the ‘very steady’ attitude of the purchaser’s solicitor. Paula was magnificent and tried her utmost to chivvy him along but he was having none of it, despite the fact that the partner of the purchaser was ready to give birth any moment! Paula actually admitted it was probably the worst case she had ever undertaken. We had a few false starts regarding completion dates but finally managed to get the job done a week later than planned.
During all of this time, Paula worked tirelessly to try and speed things up despite the fact that she could not speak with the buyer’s solicitor, he preferred to communicate by email! She kept me informed of progress throughout even if no progress had been made!
So a huge thank you to Paula and her very excellent team, if it hadn’t been for them we might still be waiting.

House sale
After nine months hard slog, the House sale eventually fell through.
However, the original buyer came back 6 months later and wished to continue with the sale.
After another 2 months of hard graft, lots of stress and anxiety, Clerkes solicitor Paula Conveyancing Manager eventually got the sale over the line. Paula and her team have been magnificent throughout, I cannot thank them enough. Its been a drama thats for sure.

Paula and Leila Went the Extra Mile
We had a great experience with Clarkes Solicitors when moving into our new home. We dealt with Paula Hanson and Leila Archer, there were several challenges with the move and it all came around much sooner than anticipated. Paula and Leila were always easily contactable, friendly and answered all our questions.

Amazing!!
Clarke’s solicitor, they were amazing from start to finish, completed on my house in 3 weeks, very friendly and so helpful, couldn’t fault them at all, thank you so much Paula and Leila.
