Good communication throughout the whole transaction (sale and purchase of property). A few slow replies but always comprehensive when received and the staff are friendly and helpful. Direct contact from solicitor on a couple of occasions and the rest via assistants who were very helpful.

Very Professional & Excellent Service! Katie is a very professional & Helpful and well-communication Solicitor; Our case was complicated and although the property transaction was delayed due to some unfortunate family matters of the seller. Absolutely spot on!

Fantastic communication! Always kept me up to date. Never had their eyes off the ball at any ponit in the process. I can honestly say these solicitors are the best I have dealt with in house sale. I wouldn't trust anyone else to deal with house sale.

It was really nice to use a local firm. Katie was extremely approachable and also helped with an inheritance matter. I feel she went beyond what was expected.
Very good value for money.
Our sale was complicated but they dealt with the situation well.

Garden Flat Sale officially completed 👍

Selling my mother’s home as she moved permanently into a care home was, I believed, going to be a speedy affair as first time buyers were purchasing. However, it did not turn out that way and took many months to complete mainly due, I believe, to the ‘very steady’ attitude of the purchaser’s solicitor. Paula was magnificent and tried her utmost to chivvy him along but he was having none of it, despite the fact that the partner of the purchaser was ready to give birth any moment! Paula actually admitted it was probably the worst case she had ever undertaken. We had a few false starts regarding completion dates but finally managed to get the job done a week later than planned.
During all of this time, Paula worked tirelessly to try and speed things up despite the fact that she could not speak with the buyer’s solicitor, he preferred to communicate by email! She kept me informed of progress throughout even if no progress had been made!
So a huge thank you to Paula and her very excellent team, if it hadn’t been for them we might still be waiting.
