Re sale of property at 39 Station Road. Donnington, Telford

This was not a straightforward sale as it involved dealing with a Leasehold Management Company whose procedures were complicated and not easy to understand or implement. It took several months before they produced the required details to enable the transaction to be completed to our satisfaction.
However, we were guided through all this by Natalie Orford whose expertise was invaluable and who did her best to move things along.

Our experience with Clarkes has been exceptional. We were unfortunate to experience two abortive property purchases before finding the home we would eventually complete on, and in every case Clarkes were comprehensive in their advice, sympathetic in their approach, and thoroughly reasonable in their fees. Our final purchase was not straightforward, but each aspect of the lengthy sale was dealt with in an entirely professional, always approachable and completely transparent manner. Clarkes - and especially Heather - were always on-hand to update us, discuss our questions and offer counsel. We simply cannot recommend their services enough.

Efficient service with a number of properties (mothers house after probate), daughters selling and buying (3 more properties) all dealt with by Erandeep, Jake and Amanda. One sale was complex but they dealt with it efficiently and effectively - one issue confused us, fortunately not them!
