Vikesh Bharakhda is the founder and managing partner at Crown Law Solicitors. Having studied at Nottingham Law School, he was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2007 after completing the vocational training required to become a barrister and being called to the Bar in 2005. Vikesh leads our Commercial Property, Commercial Landlord and Tenant and Private Client departments and has extensive experience in these fields. Other areas of expertise include Commercial Landlord and Tenant matters (Dilapidations, lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, Nuisance and other property related disputes, Possession and forfeiture of residential and commercial leases) With his experience in the private client sector, he has helped on many civil matters, including non-contentious administration of estates, litigious work in the field of wills, probate and, including contentious probate disputes, intestacy, applications under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, disputes relating to testamentary capacity, want of knowledge and approval and undue influence and disputes arising out of the administration of estates and conflicts between personal representatives. Vikesh prides himself on his diligent attention to detail with the purpose to provide tailored solutions for his clients that exceeds their expectations. When he is not at work, Vikesh an avid football fan and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Vikesh also has a passion for motor sport and enjoys travelling. Most recently he has visited New York, Mauritius, Africa, Antigua and Cuba. He of courses wishes to travel more in the coming years.

    Best property dealers ever !

    I am so delighted I shared my first property purchase with the most professional and hardworking legals and paralegals as Crown Law has.     Very professional and attentive service

    Vikesh is an excellent lawyer and provides the necessary guidance. Mine was a particularly messy tenant eviction, which we ultimately won, but at considerable financial costs. Any downgrading on this review would be because there were processes and periods which could have been carried out by a paralegal or assistant but had to be taken on by Vikesh (because an assistant was being recruited at the time), and so the costs did mount unnecessarily for this reason. Otherwise, very good service.

    Where to start… I have been “abandon” by other solicitors in case where I was defending myself. Then friend of mine recommend me Crown Law Solicitors. They give me a realistic options, ask if I don’t want to sort and close this case without hearing in court etc. they have explain what’s the risk and chances to lose ( it wasn’t easy to win - due to previous solicitors made a huge mess in all paperwork ) I decided to fight and they stand with me :) We had only 4 days to prepare documents before hearing. Ian R. is person that sinking to case and fully focus on work, feels like you’re not by yourself which helps with self confidence. They have organised barrister who attend to court for hearing and completely smashed other side, he was hilarious. Claimant and his lawyer couldn’t realise what’s going on. The best experience was to look at their faces :) Strategy they have direct from sending simple emails to other side worked and they’ve used it against them at court. Genius. But I’m not going to tell all details. Thank you Vikesh and Ian and ( I don’t remember barrister name ;)
