No response whatsoever to our complaint about mistakes made
Our family has used this firm in the past and I recently brought some serious issues of concern to the attention of their Managing Partner Mr ; our concerns relate to their historic conduct in dealing with my late mother's estate. 3 months after bringing this matter to their attention, there has still been no response at all, not even an acknowledgement, and so I will now need to escalate our complaint to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
