    Very diligent service for conveyancing

    We used BTTJ for conveyancing for our house sale. The initial sale fell through after 7 months partly due to late and incorrect info from our estate management company, causing our buyers to back out. When we managed to resell the house, we stuck with Pauline at BTTJ as we were confident that with most of the correct information now to hand, there was less chance of a repeat. We were correct. The second sale still involved the need for chasing up-to-date info from the estate management company along with constant chasing of our sellers conveyancer who were dragging their feet (and sellers who were suggesting they'd back out), but Pauline kept on it and kept chasing and we successfully completed in December 2025. Comms were good, paperwork was thorough and Pauline managed to keep the whole thing on track somehow

    House sale by auction

    Throughout the process Pauline and her secretary Jo were excellent. Due to no fault of their own the process was a little protracted, but I was kept well informed of what was going on. I would highly recommend them.

    My sister & I instructed BTTJ to deal with the sale our mother's house who passed away at the beginning of the year. The house was sold and completed within 3 months. Everything went smoothly without any stress which we relieved about due to the tragic circumstances. Communication from Pauline Higgins & Jo Parker was very good with no delays in responding to us.
