Matrimonial
Divorce case dealt with initially by Erica Cottrell then Lin Cumberland. Whilst protracted everything was dealt with professionally and kindly - which was so appreciated in distressing and upsetting circumstances. Wouldn’t click “use again” as hopefully I won’t ever be in this position again!

Tricky divorce
Lin Cumberlin dealt with a very difficult divorce in a very professional and compassionate manner. My wife's solicitor made the whole process very demanding by consistently missing deadlines for submitting documents, many papers were missing vital information and frequently contained errors which Lin had to deal with. His conduct was so poor that she complained to the Solicitors' Regulation Authority but throughout the process retained her composure and able to reassure me that matters would be resolved. I was also very pleased with her choice of barrister to represent us at court.
