PM Law team lead by Reece Sutter and Ben Mellors helped me secure my very first house in UK. I very reluctantly took a leap of faith with PM Law while very strongly being advised by the estate agent to not to go with them, questioning their credentials managing time bound property closures. But said that everyhing is history, PM law helped me secure my deal under 3 weeks of time after onboarding them. Thank you PM Law and strongly recommend to others.

Work is ok but poor communicators
Firstly we received a very brief report on our purchase which became more comprehensive once we raised concerns about how brief it was. The work that was then done was good but we were not aware of this as we were not kept informed (only the automated updates on the app which are at the start and end of process it seems). It was good value for money aslong as you are prepared for the stress of the poor updates. They could significantly improve the service if we had received a weekly update.

Great Solicitors
Initially I felt responses were a little slow and I didn’t understand an element of my contract conditions. My team then changed to Team Suter who were great!! My emails were answered quickly, I was able to call and discuss anything that I was worried about. Would 100% work with this person/s again.
