Lynn Bevan is the founder of Bevan Evemy Solicitors which started operating in April 2014. Lynn is the director of the firm and a qualified solicitor. Lynn also became a Master of Law in 2012 having completed her Masters Degree in Advanced Legal Practice, something which has stood her in good stead for her role within the firm. Lynn is a specialist family solicitor covering all aspects of family law, including divorce and financial settlements, cohabitation and separation and all private children’s matters where Lynn represents her clients at their court hearings. Lynn always puts the needs of the client first and treats every client is an individual with their own individual needs. Lynn is a member of resolution which commits family lawyers to resolving disputes in a non-confrontational way. We believe that family law disputes should be dealt with in a constructive way designed to preserve people’s dignity and to encourage agreements. In addition to family law, Lynn covers aspects of employment law including settlement agreements and civil litigation, and is a Commissioner for Oaths.
