Great service from Liddy's
We've used Liddy's a few times now and we have always received excellent service. Recently used Liddy's for what should have been a straight forward matter but it turned out to be more complex and Ashley helped at every part of the process. Always received a prompt response to any queries. Would not hesitate to recommend or to use again.

On the ball Solicitors.
In selling a property we were faced with a last minute stumbling block which Ashley picked up immediately upon. We were unsure if the buyers solicitors had inadvertently or intentionally tried to push the deal through outside of the Achor Groups requirements which could have rendered us to be liable. Under his good guidance the deal was restructured and completed all beit a month later and additional costs to us.

Amazingly Helpful
As a FTB Ashley at Liddy's has been amazing all the way through the purchase of the home. The vendors solicitors were hard work but Ashley managed to push progress quickly and got problems resolved so as to get to completion. Always friendly and reassuring when on the phone with any queries. Ashley is quick to respond and always makes time to talk should it be needed. So grateful and will be back in the future should I have any future conveyancing needs! Thank you! :) If anyone ever needs conveyancing I would urge them to use Liddy's and not any estate agent recommendations as my sellers did.

Excellent service! Would highly recommend!
From my first enquiry for a quote to the completion of my property purchase I was very happy with the service and level of personal attention I received from the different members of staff at Liddys.
