Whilst dealing with some challenging changes in life, I really appreciated the clear and confident advice given to me, which solved a potentially tricky situation. The communication was excellent and I found it helpful to be able to drop paperwork off and speak to my solicitor’s secretary in person, at the local Cranleigh office. The conveyancing was executed in a timely fashion and importantly, in a era of unhelpful online solutions, the in person work carried out by the Hart Brown team was followed through to the end, in a personable way.
