Patrick Sylvester Moroney

Probate & Trust Executive

Patrick was born and raised in Ireland before moving to Wales in 1966, when he commenced his career in the Executor & Trustee Department of Lloyds Bank. There he attained the A.C.I.B. (Trustee Diploma) and later became a manager specialising in Wills, Executorships and Trusts. In 2001 he qualified as a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) – the professional body whose members specialise in trusts and/or estates, executorship, Will writing, administration and related taxes. Patrick retired from his position in Lloyds Private Banking in 2002 and shortly after joined BWL as a Probate and Trust Executive in our Private Client Department. He provides clients with his wide experience in the field of wills, trusts, inheritance tax, estate administration and powers of attorney.
