Exceptional, compassionate, and transparent service
I fully recommend this firm for their professionalism and thoughtful service. I was assisting my mum (who is local to the company, while I am 3 hours away) with her legal work, and the entire process was handled seamlessly. The vast majority of the work was conducted remotely, which saved a tremendous amount of hassle. On the single occasion we needed to visit the office in person, they were incredibly accommodating and worked around my own limited availability and scheduling constraints. Most importantly, they went above and beyond to cater to my mum's needs. She struggles with both mobility and hearing loss, but the team ensured she was comfortable, fully included, and well looked after during our visit. Their patient, accessible approach made a world of difference to us both. Communication throughout was very good. We received regular, clear updates at every stage. When the Land Registry was involved, the solicitor explained upfront that this could take a significant amount of time, which managed our expectations well and kept us from worrying. The final work was completed as agreed, and the final invoice landed remarkably close to the original estimate with no unwelcome surprises. All completed paperwork and final documents were dispatched promptly once everything was wrapped up.
