    2 Leases, 1 Purchase, No Stress

    This was not a simple transaction. We were vacating a business unit and moving into a newly purchased larger one (purchase managed by Forbes). We wanted to re-lease the one we were vacating. Sounds simple enough but both properties were owned within a Small Self Administered Pension Fund, with very slow and unresponsive Trustees. Thanks to Kate and her support team at Forbes the process went as well as it could.

    Kate was thorough & professional throughout whilst always responded in a timely manner. Whilst Kate didn’t carry out the initial purchase of the property i am disappointed the legal entity of the conservatory wasn’t picked up throughout the purchasing process. Kate, has taken the lead to try & sort this out for me Ita also worth pointing out your system didn’t send through the initial review form. Kate had to forward this on.
