Employment law advice
Having required some legal advice concerning a redundancy process I reach out to this firm on the recommendation of a friend.
Ruth adopts a very measured and confident approach which put us at ease.

Excellent service
Ruth assisted me with an employment issue. She was efficient, knowledgable and friendly and made sure that not only did I understand the issues, she was happy to advise me on their importance. She communicated really well with the other solicitor and was really proactive, keeping me really well updated through the short process. She made a tricky issue straightforward and pleasant.

Assistance with Employment Matter
I had a very positive experience with Ruth from Miller Samuel Hill Brown. She immediately put me at ease (as I had no prior experience of dealing with this situation) and helped me fully understand what I was about to sign, also suggesting amendments where appropriate. I would not have realised certain clauses existed within the document, if it was not for Ruth's meticulousness.

Settlement agreement
I was put in touch with Ruth around the beginning of December 2022 to help me with a settlement agreement.
I explained to Ruth that my employer weren't the best with communication and for that reason all I wanted was in effect to sign my paperwork and put an end to a long drawn out process.
Ruth absolutely helped me as much as she could and right on cue, the only thing that held it up was my employer. From start to finish the help i received from Ruth made the process seam so much easier.
