Samantha has been a solicitor with Copleys since she joined the firm in 2007, and became a Partner in 2013. As well as Samantha's substantial experience as a solicitor she also holds a Masters' Degree in Legal Practice. As Head of both Commercial Property and the Commercial Department based at our St Ives office, Samantha and her team offer a comprehensive range of legal services for individuals and businesses. They work extensively locally, throughout the county and nationally. She deals with a variety of real estate work including landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, corporate support work and property finance. Samantha acts for public and private sector bodies as well as private individuals. Samantha has significant experience in landlord and tenant and estate management work and regularly acts for landlords with large portfolios of commercial property as well as acting for occupational tenants.
