Nina joined the firm in 2021 having worked previously in the City as well as the surrounding counties. Nina brings with her over 20 years’ of experience in family law and a depth of knowledge to enable her to give clear advice at an early stage. Nina’s expertise includes divorce, financial settlements on divorce as well as children and cohabitation issues. In relation to her finance work, she has experience in high net worth cases including family companies, intervenor applications and international aspects. She also advises on pre and post nuptial agreements. In relation to her children's work, Nina has experience with applications for children’s living and contact arrangements, applications for leave to remove from the jurisdiction and applications in respect of schooling. Nina’s approach to her cases is sensitive to the wider issues and thoroughly considered. She is an accredited Resolution member as well as a qualified Collaborative practitioner.
