I'm council tenant.my house was in a awful state my bathroom sink was hanging off the wall the bath panel was cracked their was mold in almost every upstairs room.the bathroom had no shower which for someone like myself with epilepsy is very dangerous. The kitchen cupboards were cracked some were falling off the walls.my council would not do a thing to help me life was hard
