When trying to recieve money from my fathers trust the process has been extremely slow and most staff at Hine Downing are not helpful (with exception of one I believe she was called Donna). It’s now been 14 months and I am still owed a significant amount of money and despite this there is no urgency to speed it up; in fact I can’t even get hold of anyone.
