When purchasing my house my solicitor had not completed all works required or registered the property with Land Registry, this I only discovered when they ceased trading. Venus legal took the reins chased the missing files and completed all the necessary paperwork, then registering the property, this was done seamlessly, the communication at all times was superb. I could not have asked for a better outcome with truly efficient solicitors well done Venus Legal
