Thank you to Emily, Keeley and the rest of the Conveyancing team who completed our purchase of a property this week. After initially instructing Henry Hyams on a different property (which fell through due to circumstances outside of either party's control), they quickly set to work on the property we have since got keys for. Despite being in an onward chain, we have gone from start to finish in 3 months which is excellent considering there was a Christmas/NY period that is always slow in the middle of it. Considering some of the costs that other firms charge, and equally some that have tried to undercut with their own prices, we have learnt through this process that it is a cost worth bearing if the firm you are working with are approachable, proactive and speak sense when you deal with them, which Henry Hyams tick those boxes. Thanks again, would recommend if a friend/family member were on the move!

Excellent service
I was recommended Henry Hyams by my Estate Agent and I am so glad I chose to use their services for the sale of my house.
Emily & Keeley were the main people I liaised with & they were both so friendly & professional throughout the whole process. They kept me up to date, replied very promptly to any questions I had & were to a pleasure to deal with. Beverley rang on the day of completion & was also equally as lovely to speak to.
I would definitely recommend Henry Hyams & would use their services again.

House sale - excellent
We used HH for a house sale - they were excellent and I would use them again (and have done after using them for previous property exchanges).

Excellent service
We'd like to thank both Emily and Keeley for expertly guiding us through the process of buying our new house. Both were friendly and polite at all times, prompt in their responses and very patient with our many questions. We always felt we were in good hands which was very reassuring when dealing with the setbacks and anxieties which are all part of the conveyancing process! All in all, a superb service and one we would certainly use again.

Fantastic service
I have bought and sold with this firm and they are fantastic. They have so much experience and made both experiences a dream. Excellent experience of first time property purchase

Excellent in every way
Used Henry Hyams for my first house purchase. Great communication throughout, explained everything in detailed so I always knew what was going on. Managed to get my sale through fairly quickly as well. Would highly recommend.
