Was difficult to get hold of someone to speak to initially (and instruct). Once instructed the service was mostly excellent. My only criticism, is that I would have preffered to have known what was causing the delays when they did occur.

Charles and his team, with a very special mention to Ellie, have been extremely helpful and supportive. We had to meet some very tight deadlines and various other issues but everything was catered for in the most professional and efficient way.

First Class Service
First Class Service! I installed their App which was easy to use There are progress triggers plus a To Do list which tracks your case it was so easy to upload ID and other documents and the message service direct to my solicitor was fabulous all answered promptly much better then docs sent via post and convenient if you're working and you can't take time to take calls My solicitor Charles was excellent He David and Ellie worked tirelesy to get my house buy to completion working with my sellers conveyancing team proved very challenging they were Brilliant!! Would definitely recommend!

Dealt with Adam Watkinson, Ellie Jones and Charles Lawrence. Excellent service from all three, however Adam was my main point of contact, kept me informed throughout the process and would like to pass on a special thanks to him.

Excellent service
I recently instructed Charles Lawrence and Lily Dehnad on the sale of my house and purchase of new house. The transaction wasn't without its complications, but Charles and Lily kept me up to date throughout and were very easy to work with. They persevered through the issues (none of their making) and ensured the process could be as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend using BL&J and in particular Charles and Lily. They certainly helped manage a very stressful experience. We are very grateful to them for all of their help (and patience!)

Great service for conveyancing
I would highly recommend BLJ, to start off their online portal is very handy and useful when it comes to the initial verification steps and tracking progress.
Another feature I like is the online chat within the portal which makes it easier to make contact with the solicitor and team in comparison to having to call in for simple updates.
Great job, I have already started new conveyancing with them.
Prices are very good too.
