Excellent service and due diligence

My case was unusual as it wasn't profit driven for a buy to let. Buying through a Ltd company and having major delays she could have given up on ever completing for me but she and her team were amazing. Her due diligence in the beginning being a main area to make sure her employer was covered and that I was a legitimate company director made me feel we were in safe hands. I expect to use Gemma in the future for further social housing purchases although I expect less delays our end on the next ones. It has been a delight working with her and Emma and I look forward to doing so in the future.

Highly recommended

We had had zero experience with the law prior to this experience, our duty solicitor was far from effective. Then we found Peter and after 13 months of torture we received a not guilty on all 3 charges within 10 minutes of the jury being sent off to deliberate. Peter was amazing, I would text him all hours of the day and night, I had to whilst it was in my head, and although half the time I didn't expect a response, 9 times out of 10, I got one. He helped us navigate a very scary, confusing situation and I know without him, we wouldn't have got through it. Him and Mr Lander were exceptional. I hope we will never need his services again but if we ever did, his number remains on my phone! I can't thank him enough.

Smooth collaboration during a complex property auction purchase

I had a complex case involving a property purchase via modern auction, which came with its own set of challenges.
