Recently completed using BLJ and can say they were very helpful throughout the process and helped ensure things ran smoothly. Would have been 5 stars other than the difficulty to actually speak to someone on the phone. Appreciate they are busy but they also rarely returned calls within the 48 hours that they suggest. They are however responsive on the instant chat on their app.
