A very knowledgeable and reassuring team from start to finish!

As a first time buyer I was a bit in the dark coming into the house buying process and had a lot of questions along the way. Olivia was on hand every step of the way to explain the steps clearly and give me peace of mind that everything was on track throughout. It was also very convenient using the app to read and respond to messages at any time of day as I was often busy during working hours and this helped move things along smoothly. I would definitely recommend this team to my friends and family and they will be my first point of contact if I need legal services in the future.

Claire helped me with my remortgage, she made the hole process quick, simple and easy. I was constantly kept upto date with everything that was going on. Found it very hard to get questions answered. Could never get through on the phone and was not once phoned back despite asking for this. Questions in the chat would be half answered or completely unanswered until we chased them up again. Documents we submitted months ago were found to be insufficient two weeks before exchange, very stressful to get the right documents ready. Why were they not checked earlier? Progress updates on the app were sporadic and we were not kept informed on progress or what the next steps would be
