From the start, Jasmin Blythin and Claire Manning have been professional and yet human in their correspondence with myself during the sale of the property.
Always prompt and clear in communication, no unnecessary "legal speak" to confuse the matter. Email was very prompt and understandable all the way through the process.
Many thanks to them and the company for doing this. This was the first time dealing with property and they put me at ease at an early stage.
The timing has been great so we have less to worry about over the Festive period and the buyers got their wish and are in their new house before Christmas.

My solicitor was lovely , polite and friendly but unfortunately I don’t think we received service to the value paid. The whole experience was more stressful than should have been necessary. Multiple times forms were sent to me which were incorrect and should have been checked by both my solicitor and my vendors solicitor before reaching me. There seemed to be very little update and extremely vague responses through out our sale, my purchase and my ex partners new purchase. We completed yesterday which unfortunately also was extremely poor. We didn’t end up completing until 4:50pm. As you can imagine trying to collect keys from estate agents & move before 5pm was extremely upsetting as we had waited all day and at one point were classed as homeless as our buyers wanted to get into their new home. There was a delay in the morning in which my vendors hadn’t signed their transfer but I’m unsure as to why this wasn’t checked at least the day before. The issue was resolved but unfortunately then delayed the whole day unnecessarily. I’m sure all involved would have preferred the date to be pushed back if it wasn’t possible or convenient for the completion. It all seemed very rushed at the end which is not something Iv experienced before. Between myself and my ex partner we spent over £4000 & you had all come highly recommended. I expected a better service. My solicitor was lovely but maybe overwhelmed with the work load she potentially has .
