The representation at the police custody suite was excellent. However, I am very disappointed on the behalf of the police that DNA, photograph, and fingerprints cannot be destroyed given no charges were levied against me, let alone a resultant conviction. I consider that the police should at least warn any complainant of the seriousness of any allegation(s) made. In the matter that I was arrested for, no tangible evidence was available, and therefore, my identity should have been verified, and an appointment for me to attend the police station to made a statement, and if applicable, be charged with the offence as opposed to spending considerable time in a cell.
I have considered legal action against the complainant who together with others failed to take a more holistic view of the situation.

Excellent legal representation from Jane and Julian. Throughout the process before the hearing through to a successful outcome at trial Julian was in constant contact with me, giving advice and putting me at ease.
On trial day Jane took the time to coach me in the trial process. During the trial her knowledge and professionalism lead to my acquittal

Excellent Solicitors!
Great Solicitors for any type of case they specialise in. In my case I was charged with drink driving and that's an automatic ban, however they argued special reasoning for me and I walked away with 3 points; which is a great relief. Would recommend to anyone.
