Review of sale of Property, WA11
From the start, Jasmin Blythin and Claire Manning have been professional and yet human in their correspondence with myself during the sale of the property.
Always prompt and clear in communication, no unnecessary "legal speak" to confuse the matter. Email was very prompt and understandable all the way through the process.
Many thanks to them and the company for doing this. This was the first time dealing with property and they put me at ease at an early stage.
The timing has been great so we have less to worry about over the Festive period and the buyers got their wish and are in their new house before Christmas.

Finally a excellent solicitor
We have had numerous issues in the past with other conveyancers and solicitors and it was a nice change to deal with BLJ. From the start they were efficient and communicated effectively. They were prompt with replying to our messages and the completion went through with no issues. Will only be using BLJ in the future

Excellent Service
Claire and her assistant Alex were great dealing with my transfer and remortgage. Nothing was too much trouble. Even in spite of the sometimes silly questions I asked.
I would definitely recommend Claire for any conveyancing matters in the future.
