Outside of work, Claire is an auntie to three nieces and a nephew who keep her on her toes, almost as much as her Labrador, with whom she enjoys long walks. She is also an avid concert and theatre lover. Claire once shaved all her hair off for Cancer Research and ran a half marathon for Stroke Association!

    Review of sale of Property, WA11

    From the start, Jasmin Blythin and Claire Manning have been professional and yet human in their correspondence with myself during the sale of the property. Always prompt and clear in communication, no unnecessary "legal speak" to confuse the matter. Email was very prompt and understandable all the way through the process. Many thanks to them and the company for doing this. This was the first time dealing with property and they put me at ease at an early stage. The timing has been great so we have less to worry about over the Festive period and the buyers got their wish and are in their new house before Christmas. Thanks again to all the team and people involved.

    The 7 month wait wouldn’t of been so bad if it wasn’t for the request of a payment from me the day I was due to get my keys reference a maintenance fee that had been paid in advance by the previous owner.
