    Our thanks to Racheal, Shania and also Victoria for managing the sale of our property. Everything went smoothly and stress free. Our case was not straightforward as such I really appreciate how helpful, patient and progressional BLJ were throughout. You were always on the ball and kept us informed at every stage, which made what could have been a very stressful process feel much more manageable. Whenever I needed to get in touch you were always happy to take my calls (very different from most solicitors who love a phone dodge). You have been very proactive chasing things up and keeping us informed the loop which despite you being a little more expensive than other quotes, it validates the saying ‘you get what you pay for’. Your communication and support throughout the whole process was excellent and it was clear that you genuinely cared about getting everything over the line for us.
