Local expertise and a Great Customer Experience
Great help and support from Rachael McLean, Claire Manning and all the support team at BLJ Maghull.
This office location was ideal in Maghull Central Square ( good car parking available) and it was never too much trouble for the team if you needed to go in, sort any queries there and then , all without a formal appointment.
On one visit Rachael kindly took time out from what she was already doing in what is undoubtedly a busy schedule (unannounced) to go through some details in a private room to ensure matters were fully explained and proceeded swiftly. Great Customer Service over and above what you would expect.
Clear communication throughout - highly recommend using the Maghull office in particular. Thank You.

Overall a good experience. Easy to communicate via app, clear advice and always answered all my questions as a first time buyer. Fast simple process. Sometimes hard to speak in person to get a quick response or answer a quick question as solicitor based in another office.
