    Highly recommend

    David was absolutely brilliant; he was proactive and guided us through the entire process. He helped us deal with very difficult negotiations with our sellers, and always remained cheerful and friendly. No hidden costs at any point, everything was upfront and clearly communicated. I'd use him again in a second, would highly recommend!

    Sale of 35 Gillibrand walks

    Fantastic smooth conveyance. David not only responded to my queries quickly but was also quick in relaying buyer queries to me. I was travelling a lot during the conveyance and he managed the process so that he knew when I was near a printer and could sign the paperwork. Very good customer experience.

    I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received throughout the process of purchasing two properties. I was very happy with the way everything was handled. You were professional and thorough, ensuring that all payments and documents were in order, which gave me confidence and peace of mind during what can often be a stressful time. Your attention to detail and consistent communication were very much appreciated. The only point I would mention for improvement is that I would have appreciated some support or guidance in arranging the tax payments related to the property sales.
