Lily and Sarah were on hand to answer any questions I had and progressed our sale and purchase perfectly. The estate agents even commented how refreshing it was to have solicitors who were on the ball. Not planning on moving again but I'd definitely use BLJ again for any future transactions. Prolonged house purchase
Lily has been great from day 1. She responds to messages and calls in a timely manner and offers professional advice on challenging circumstances. In the process of buying and selling a house, Lily (and team!) has been the only person to be relied on. It has been challenging for all parties, but we have seen a level of support and communication that hasn't been reciprocated from other solicitors (other firms).

The guys at BLJ did a fantastic job of our conveyancing, even when the first vendors pulled out the last minute they managed to salvage some work they had done and transfer it to our new property. They used an app to keep us informed from start to finish of every update and even put up with my constant questions , nothing was too much trouble for them .. lily and Sarah were absolutely fantastic and id highly recommend them to anyone
