Fair experience
In general it was good experience. The app is a good way to stay connected but sometimes felt like I was talking to a bot rather than a person. This was sometimes an issue when trying to get updates or clarification on certain items. Both Olivia and chris where courteous and polite. I am still undecided whether I would use the service again next time or go back to my previous solicitor.
