Very happy customers! Chris made our whole process very smooth and made sure things were easily detailed for us through the whole thing. Extremely efficient with messages and patient when we were obtaining documents from our end. The app is fabulous and really helps seeing the progress and what is left to do. We didn’t feel like we had to chase at any time through our purchase. Would definitely recommend Bell Lamb & Joynson/Chris to anyone looking for a solicitor.

Outstanding Service & Highly Recommended ⭐️ Absolutely outstanding service from Chris Courtney at Bell Lamb & Joynson. After what was an incredibly stressful house-buying experience, Chris was professional, thorough and kept us regularly updated throughout. He was always on the ball, chased outstanding matters and made sure everything was properly investigated. While Chris was on leave, David Meyer stepped in and was equally fantastic, keeping everything moving and ensuring we were fully informed. Although the purchase ultimately didn’t go ahead, we’re incredibly grateful to have had Chris and David acting on our behalf. We achieved the sale and purchases of the 2 houses but we felt we were having to chase things all the time. There was just a lack of communications until we pushed things. The online app didn’t help either - the sale one was still showing things pending when we were last on line - it’s just a gimmick with no actual substance to it.
