Having received probate funds from my mum and dad's solicitors at Whitehead Monckton, I used the opportunity to buy the property which I had been renting from my landlord for a number of years. Victoria who was the solicitor responsible for me buying the property dealt with my case in a very professional efficient manner, along with her efficient secretaries, Erika and Misty. I would definitely recommend Whitehead Monckton to anybody else for dealing with legal matters

Sale & purchase
I was happy with the experience but I felt there needed to be more transparency as to where they were. I looked at the app but it wasn’t kept up to date with detail, only doc signature. Otherwise very smooth

Conveyancing
All went well after a shaky start over LPA's and registered copies etc. After that it was OK.
