We are sorry that our client was unhappy with the outcome. As a regulated law firm, we are required to comply with strict rules regarding the return of client funds and can only send monies to an account in our client's name. Unfortunately, the account nominated did not meet those requirements. We explained the reasons for this to our client and worked to find a compliant way forward. The legal matter had otherwise been completed, and the delay related only to the return of funds.
