The fees were set out upfront so we could make the best decision on the service we needed. Kirsty and Jess were quick to respond and actioned everything quickly for us. Our house sale needed to be done within the probate and Kirsty was able to get the probate through very quickly for us to allow this to happen, thank you so much.

Thank you for a fantastic service yesterday. It was refreshing for my calls to be handled so professionally by Zara on central switchboard and then by Diane who clearly cares about customers.

Laura Hails was an absolute diamond.

Having received probate funds from my mum and dad's solicitors at Whitehead Monckton, I used the opportunity to buy the property which I had been renting from my landlord for a number of years. Victoria who was the solicitor responsible for me buying the property dealt with my case in a very professional efficient manner, along with her efficient secretaries, Erika and Misty.
