I work primarily with the London and South East market but also assist with relocations across the wider UK. In 2019 I was very proud to be presented with The ESTAS National People’s Award for Conveyancing. I enjoy the opportunity to guide my clients through what can be an exciting but stressful time for them, by giving them the informed and tailored advice needed .     House/flat purchase in Margate. Conveyancing performed by WML.

    Liz Dack has been with us, supporting my wife and I during our property purchase in Margate in 2025. Very helpful, offering excellent advice and going above and beyond and communicating with us our of hours. By far the best service for conveyancing I've had. I'd absolutely recommend Liz and the team. A far better experience with WML than we've had elsewhere in the area.

    Great service!

    We had a very good experience with Whitehead Monckton having them for our cnveyancing work. Our main solicitor Liz was very thorough and efficient as was Cerys, who was the legal secretary training under her. They were both very polite and efficient during a stressful time, on occasion, throughout the process, and were compassionate and helpful !with any queries. Would definitely recommend them. 10/10

    Whitehead Monckton were allocated to us as first time buyers of a property and we felt we were in trusted hands from day one. We were given prompt updates and appreciated the patience in sometimes explaining some of the numerous bits of paperwork and legal jargon. Felt assured that the process was going smoothly and to be completed before the stamp duty changes from 1st April.
