Miracles do happen!
After dealing with our previous solicitor sitting on our house purchase file for 6 months we had nearly lost all hope... our mortgage offer was expiring, the sellers were about to pull out of selling their house and every solicitor we called couldn't help us...that was until we called Liz Dack from Whitehead Monckton.
Liz has been invaluable and a -send, without Liz and her vast experience and knowledge our house purchase would not have happened.
Liz was approachable, helpful, empathetic and kind and did the impossible. Liz went above and beyond, kept us updated every step of the way, explained what we didn't understand and now, we have just exchanged contracts (within two weeks of taking over our file!!) and completion is in a couple days!
