The process of amending our existing Wills, help by Whitehead Monckton was exceptional. We were able to arrange an appointment convenient to us, we were seen on time on both occasions we attended the office in Tenterden and the receptionist was very friendly and courteous. Laura had everything ready, explained the process to us clearly and was able to advise us in the re-writing of our Wills. Laura was knowledgable, delightful and very friendly. She explained the legal points that were somewhat 'opaque' to us and helped with the necessary additional notes needed that she advised we lodge with our wills. Wew look forward now to receiving our copies of the final wills and feel confident leaving the origiunal Wills in the care of Whitehead and Monckton.

We felt that the overall experience was professional, efficient and friendly. We were very impressed by the level of legal expertise and insight provided to us in respect of our new wills which enabled us to see through some of the more complex wording and clauses in order to get to the real meaning and implications for us. This was the best legal advice we have received in all our dealings with various solicitors over many years.
