Just lovely from start to finish.
It wasn’t the the easiest of conveyancing for Susie Lennard to take on but in her own professional way she handled every task extremely well.
Susie is a very good communicator, she certainly knows her job and is great at advising. She is, unlike a lot of solicitors there to answer the phone and if she is taking another call she will always ring you back very quickly.

Great experience
I’ve been working with Susie for a good few years now and honestly, she’s been amazing. She recently helped me get a charge removed from a property — something I thought would be a nightmare — but she made it all so straightforward and stress-free.
She’s always quick to respond, super knowledgeable, and just generally great to have in your corner when dealing with anything property-related. I’ve probably asked her the same questions more than once (sorry Susie!) and she’s always patient and clear.
Couldn’t recommend her enough — just brilliant.

Wonderful Service
It wasn’t the most straightforward of tasks for Susie to complete.
She advocated for us the whole time, got to the bottom of the snags that were cropping up and made sure that I we were protected against not Bly current problems but also any potential future issues.
I would recommend this company in general, and Susie Leonard in particular, extremely highly.
If you need legal protection while buying a home, give these guys a call.
