Property Sale & Purchase
Great experience from start to finish. Sue and Jennifer were fantastic in all aspects. They kept us informed along the way and was easy to contact if needed, nothing was too much trouble. They made sure the process was quick and as easy as it could be for us. Even once completion had taken place, Sue took the time to call us and personally wish us all the best. I will definitely be using Crombie Wilkinson again for any future needs.

Very friendly staff , efficient and fast and always kept me up to date . Sue Hirst was amazingly fast at answering queries and patient as I have never purchased a property alone . Both Sue and the team were helpful and thorough in their dealings with me . Sue was very professional but at tge same time approachable and friendly . I could not believe how fast they dealt with my bungalow purchase

Conveyance for 2 Redhill Grove, Castleford WF10 3FF
We experienced a torrid time with four aborted house purchases before suceeding inbuying a bungalow. Sue hist was a constant support with advice and guidance and sheer level headedness during all the ups and downs whilst ensuring we understood the letter of the law and comlpied with it.
Explanations were made clear in laymans terms which made us feel comfprtable in dealing with the various issues.
