Excellent Service
Louise and her staff provided a friendly, professional and efficient service in connection with the preparation of Wills for my husband and I. Louise provided very clear advice and explanations and raised matters with us that were not raised when we had previous Wills prepared by another firm of solicitors.
We are now confident that our Wills accurately reflect our wishes and situation. We would definitely instruct Louise in the future and have already recommended her to friends.

A positive Encounter
At a stressful time, LB Wills & Probate were extremely proficient.
At all stages excellent advice and instruction were given in a professional, easily understandable way and in a friendly manner. Updates and relevant paperwork/signatures/queries were all dealt with in a straight forward manner. I felt supported by the "team".

Nothing was too much trouble
Our wills turned out to be more complex than we first thought. Ros and Louise had so much knowledge and worked through the process with integrity, patience and the utmost professionalism.

A very important document involving your life and death, needs expert and careful handling. Making a Will is maybe a final testament to your life and needs to be manufactured with expertise, care and thoughtfulness - especially attention to detail. Mirrored Wills - First Time Creating
It was a straightforward process, we had the initial meeting ready for the Wills to be drafted. Then once amendments were made, we came into the office to check and sign. We had quick responses to emails and voicemails and everyone we encountered were welcoming and friendly!
Considering we have not done our wills until now, the process was easier than first thought.
