I was put in touch with MSP Legal Services after buying a house through Pattinson's Auction house part of an estate agent in the North East. The fees were clearly explained along with the timelines that needed to be followed as contracts had already been exchanged at the conclusion of the auction. Shannon at MSP kept me up to date and chased the vendors solicitor when necessary to ensure the completion date went ahead smoothly and completion occurred by midday. I would recommend this firm and would use them again myself.
