I did not actually choose my conveyancer for my house sale, this was done by an interested party on my behalf who chose solely because of proximity!
So I wasn't expecting great things. However, I was really pleasantly surprised at how quick and efficient they were, despite my being several hundred miles away from them; they were friendly but
professional and always replied promptly to my questions. I would certainly use them again vans recommend anyone to do the same.

Selling property
Laura was amazing, very genuine and understanding of our situation. She was quite often available to speak to by telephone which really helped build communication and she would explain everything in simple terms for better understanding.

Excellent service

Seamless easy process
Valerie Holmes Law made the process of transferring the deeds into joint ownership seamless. The whole process was wrapped up fairly quickly and we were kept fully informed of what was going on at all times. Would highly recommend.
