Tollers have been excellent throughout. I initially chose to use them for the conveyancing in the sale of my late mother's house as Tollers had already handled the will/grant of probate side excellently and I wanted to keep everything 'under one roof'; furthermore, they were recommended to me. It proved to be the best decision I could have made. There have been several quite challenging issues in the whole process and with each one they either sorted these themselves ( or have supported me whilst I tried to resolve them) all with a professional. calm, helpful and supportive approach.

Throughout a very complicated and lengthy house purchase the team at Tollers have always been fantastic communicators. This is our third house purchase with them and I will happily use them every time.
We used the conveyance team, David Wootton and Charlotte Turnell they have been professional on their job . We had an issue but that was due on the seller’s solicitor side.
