Family property dispute
Gerry and Billy were superb in dealing with the issue. Gerry had faith and belief in the claim and took it on when others declined. Both Gerry and Billy are extremely personable and explained everything at every stage and were completely transparent and honest with fees and risks and potential outcomes throughout. Gerry fought our corner and brought in the right barrister at the right time to get the dispute resolved through mediation rather than court. But prepared to go further if needed. highly recommend. I would much rather deal with Gerry than a large faceless firm, Gerry is personable and a great character who i would completely trust for the right advice and guidance.

Attention to detail and tightens up the contract for your benefit
I have know Gerry Crilly professionally over 20 years. He is still the same. Very fastidious, attention to detail and a service with a smile. He is patient and explains the law and has a plan. More recently instructed him with a deal that I needed to cross the line urgently. He worked over night and deal was signed with his help to tighten the contract, in the morning.

Not only has Mr Crilly instructed our chambers over many years but I have had cause to seek his legal services on a personal level, so I have experience of dealing with Mr Crilly from both sides of the fence. I have found the service he provides to be excellent with a good bedside manner where nothing is too much trouble. He has a competitive charge rate which I found reasonable and can highly recommend him.
