Do not use them.
Shocking service. We were recommended by our estate agent to use this company. Obviously I am doing this whole process on my own and I require some assistance from my sibling in joining on a conference call to ensure I always have an extra pair of ears so that I do not fall into any cracks. I was informed by Sharon a certain process was able to be followed. When we rang back to re-confirm this, we were informed they would need to check with Mala Singh just to be 100% sure, even though they have been through a similar process before. We appreciated their help and waited for their follow up call which they confirmed to us. We later get an email saying the required process could not be done. Me and my sibling merely wanted to ring and ask why the sudden change and assuming it will be a problem, we would change strategy in allowing them to sell our house. But instead, Mala didn't even give us a second to say anything. We were treated disrespectfully. Apparently we were told by Mala that we had stressed Sharon? (Wish I had the previous calls recorded). And I was being laughed at by Mala for requiring assistance from my sibling in having her on the conference call. Well I'm sorry that I need family support during a huge change in my life. If anyone is reading this, please have respect for yourself and go elsewhere. If anyone is stressed, it's me thanks to Bradberrys Solicitors.
