I seldom write reviews for products or services, but on occasion where service goes beyond the call of duty, it is a wilful pleasure. Neelam was exceptional! Not only because her handling of the case with care and competency made it seamless, but nothing was to much trouble, pulling out all the stops to help me navigate a tight personal deadline that was not part of her remit.
