    Excellent service

    Marta has dealt with a few house sales & purchases for myself & family & I can honestly say she is the best conveyancing solicitor I’ve ever had. Her work ethic is excellent, when something needs dealing with it’s dealt with straight away, not left on the desk for a few days like other solicitors. She goes above & beyond to make sure every house sale & purchase completes very smoothly , with no delays on her side, which , from experience can put other solicitors to shame with how long they take. Her communication is excellent & she lets you know what’s going on every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marta to anybody & will definitely be using her again.

    Another Excellent Experience

    I have been using the services of McHale & Co Solicitors for several years. I have bought and sold several properties with their help, and they have never let me down. This time my case was handled by Marta Rayner. From the very beginning, it was clear that she genuinely cared about keeping the transaction moving. She was always proactive, kept in touch with the other side's solicitors, and made sure the process never stalled. What I appreciated most was that I hardly had to think about the sale.
