Very helpful team
Used Risdon Hosegood because one member of the team had facilitated a previous move when working at another company. They again provided excellent service and their new colleagues were also very knowledgeable and helpful. No problems that couldn’t be discussed and resolved. Would highly recommend.

Total lack of communication, initiative and care.
I used this firm for the conveyancing/ sale of an unoccupied 2nd property to a cash investor. No chain involved anywhere yet It took 5 months! Mainly due to the sheer lack of initiative from this firm. Communication was non-existent. Nothing happened unless I phoned and nagged and prompted. I had to constantly chase them and ended up obtaining information myself that they said was not forthcoming but they hadn’t even asked for!
Very unprofessional.
