At last a Solicitor who communicates, Thank you. Gunillia is great, very professional, always returns e-mails or calls back, normally same day.
Kate Milton's (conveyancing assistant) communication on the conveyancing is second to none, made selling the house very easy, we were well informed at all stages.
These remarks are made with feeling as we are currently also dealing with a multinational solicitor, they have a lot to learn from Risdon Hosegood!

Went with Risdon Minehead branch to buy my first home. The whole process was much faster than expected and within eight weeks I had the keys to the house!
Caz and Kate were very helpful and always able to answer any questions throughout the process. They went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I required legally which included creating extra documents at my request which wouldn't usually be required for buying a property, just purely for my benefit and personal circumstances.
Overall I can't fault them. Really helpful and would definitely go with Risdon Minehead branch again.

We are very happy with our experience of using Risdon Hosegood. They dealt with everything that was required in a highly efficient manner. We found the person dealing with our conveyancing, Megan, to be very helpful and friendly. She was quick to answer all of our questions and dealt with matters in a timely and professional way. Very grateful, she made what could have been a very stressful time much easier.
